Bitove calls for wireless regulatory overhaul

The federal government and the Canadian wireless industry should work together to put caps on roaming rates, create a stronger mobile application development market, streamline the management of wireless spectrum, and consolidate rural buildout initiatives, John Bitove, Mobilicity’s executive chairman, said Tuesday in a speech at the 2012 Canadian Telecom Summit in Toronto.
