FCC issues report on state of subscription TV

U.S. cablecos have successfully used “advanced services” like digital cable and Internet access to prop up their revenues amid declining TV subscriptions, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said Friday in a report on the country’s video distribution industry.
