U.S. company acquires Canadian telco Globility under new rules

American company  Primus Telecommunications Group Inc.  acquired the remaining 54.4 per cent share of Toronto-based Globility Communications Corp., giving it 100 per cent ownership of the formerly Canadian company, Primus said Tuesday.
