Jacques Parisien, Astral Media Inc.’s executive vice-president, chief operating officer and the president of Astral Radio, will oversee BCE Inc.’s media properties in both official languages if regulators approve Bell’s bid to buy Astral, Kevin Crull, president of Bell Media, said Monday.
