CBC should move to ‘all-Canadian’ model, CACTUS says

CBC/Radio-Canada should move to an "all-Canadian" broadcasting model to rebuild a following in Canada, the Canadian Association of Community Television Users and Stations (CACTUS) said Wednesday.
