George Cooney was appointed CEO at Toronto-based consumer analytics company VoodooVox Inc., the company said Monday. In a release, VoodooVox said Cooney, who has more than 30 years of experience in the mobile marketing, communications and Internet technology sectors, will also serve as a board member. Cooney previously held senior management positions at Nortel Networks in the areas of strategy, operations, finance, product marketing and new business development, the release said.
