CIPPIC allowed to intervene in download case

The Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) will be allowed to intervene in a case seeking to determine if Teksavvy Solutions Inc. must turn over 1,100 of its customers’ names to Voltage Pictures LLP, the Federal Court said Thursday.
