Industry Canada's 700 MHz auction, now scheduled to start Nov. 19, will “hopefully conclude before Christmas” 2013 and a departmental rule change on the disclosure of information will affect bidding strategies, Johanne Lemay, co-president of Lemay-Yates Associates Inc., said in a research note Thursday.
