Canadian telcos’ access to 600 MHz may rest on reluctant U.S. broadcasters

Only about 60 of 1,200 over-the-air, American TV broadcasters have expressed an interest in auctioning off their 600 MHz spectrum, said the U.S. National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), signalling that mobile operators' access to the spectrum could be limited.
