Don’t expect ruling on option deal until 2014: Engelhart

Rogers Communications Inc. does not expect Industry Canada to rule on its option agreement to acquire “new entrant” spectrum from Shaw Communications Inc. until the summer of 2014, Ken Engelhart, Rogers’ senior vice-president of regulatory affairs, said on a call with analysts.
