Tory budget bill ‘interferes’ in CBC collective bargaining: ACTRA

A measure in the Conservative government’s budget implementation bill would allow it to step into the collective bargaining process at CBC/Radio-Canada and is an “assault on workers’ rights and public broadcasting,” the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA) said.
