Telus says it hasn’t pursued Mobilicity lawsuit

Telus Corp. has not pursued a false advertising case against new entrant carrier Mobilicity since a British Columbia court struck down the company’s request for an injunction against Mobilicity’s ads in December, Telus spokesman Shawn Hall said.
