BCE, Bell Aliant face delays in broadband rollouts: CRTC

The CRTC asked BCE Inc. and Bell Aliant Inc. to identify how they will complete their plans to expand broadband services in Ontario and Quebec using funds from the deferral accounts, the commission said.
