Privacy, ‘speculative invoicing’ concerns raised at Voltage hearing

TORONTO—Privacy concerns and Voltage Pictures Inc.'s previous lawsuits in the United States were the focus of a court hearing that will determine whether the studio can sue Canadian Internet subscribers whose accounts have been linked to illegal downloads of its films.
