Cyberbullying report recommends parts of Bill C-30

A cyberbullying report penned by representatives of federal and provincial justice and public safety departments recommended the government revisit elements of the so-called Internet surveillance bill, Bill C-30, Michael Geist, the Canada research chair in Internet and e-commerce law at the University of Ottawa, said on his blog.
