Videotron, BCE reach carriage agreement

Quebecor Media Inc. subsidiary Videotron Ltd. and BCE Inc.’s media division reached a new agreement for Videotron to carry former Astral Media Inc. channels, allowing the companies to avoid CRTC arbitration.
