Michel Houle will replace Rock Demers as the president of the Harold Greenberg Fund’s French-language committee, BCE Inc. said. In a release Friday, BCE’s Bell Media subsidiary said Houle has served on the fund’s board of directors and French-language committee for 11 years. It added that he has also been appointed to co-chair the board. Bell Media took over the Harold Greenberg Fund, which funds Canadian dramatic feature films, as part of its acquisition of Astral Media Inc. in July. CORRECTION: Due to the wording of a press release, an earlier version of the story incorrectly stated Houle would serve as president of the French-language program.
