Verizon tells Netflix to ‘cease and desist’ on congestion claims

Verizon Communications Inc. on Thursday threatened Netflix Inc. with legal action in a cease and desist letter over messages the video-streaming service has shown to viewers that blames Verizon for quality issues experienced by that ISP's customers.
