Competition watchdog suggests ‘separation’ of incumbents’ retail, wholesale

Competition Commissioner John Pecman said Wednesday the CRTC should consider requiring a "vertical separation" of wholesale and retail operations at Canada’s wireless companies as part of the telecom regulator’s review of wholesale wireless competition.
