CMPA looking to appeal CRTC’s terms-of-trade decision

The Canadian Media Production Association (CMPA) said Monday it has applied to the Federal Court of Appeal for the right to contest the CRTC’s recent decision to cancel its oversight of contracts struck between independent producers and large broadcasters.
