Rogers Communications Inc. and Corus Entertainment Inc. are asking the Federal Court of Appeal to dismiss the Canadian Media Production Association's (CMPA's) challenge of CRTC's directive to eliminate the "terms of trade" agreement between the group and large broadcasters.
