CRTC backs Videotron final offer in RDS dispute

The CRTC has settled a dispute between BCE Inc. and Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron over wholesale rates for a French-language sports channel in Quebec, selecting Videotron’s offer for the per-subscriber wholesale rate for the distribution of Bell’s Réseau des sports (RDS) by Videotron.
