Karine Moses and Debbie Drutz move up at Bell Media

BCE Inc. has announced two new appointments in its Bell Media division. Karine Moses, president of advertising arm Astral Out of Home (AOOH) since July 2016, is having her role in the company expanded to include vice-president of Bell Media sales in Quebec. She will lead TV, radio, AOOH and digital integrated sales strategies and operations for all media properties in the province, according to a Wednesday press release. Speaking to her leadership and management skills, Bell Media’s president of media sales and marketing, Stuart Garvie, said in the release that Moses “gained intimate knowledge of the extremely competitive Québec advertising market” in less than a year. Previous to her role as president of AOOH, Moses held positions in the company as vice-president of field operations support and, before that, vice-president of Bell technical solutions. Meanwhile, Debbie Drutz was named vice-president of sales at Astral Out of Home, reporting to Moses. She will oversee the team that handles all national and local sales at AOOH. Her previous positions include serving as vice-president of client strategy for sales at Bell Media and vice-president of Bell Media Mix.
