Péladeau criticizes CRTC for TVA licence changes

Quebecor Inc. CEO Pierre Karl Péladeau is chastising the CRTC for its May 15 decision involving changes to the broadcasting licences of Quebecor’s TVA for increasing the company’s “regulatory burden” by imposing new licence conditions.
