FCC investigating false wireless emergency alert in Hawaii

A false wireless emergency alert that saw residents of Hawaii receive a warning over the weekend that a ballistic missile attack was imminent was “unacceptable,” Ajit Pai, chairman of the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC), said in a statement.
