CRTC OKs Shalom World despite opposition from ZoomerMedia

A new specialty channel focusing on Catholic programming won’t compete with ZoomerMedia Ltd.’s multi-faith channel VisionTV, the CRTC said Tuesday in approving Shalom World for distribution in Canada.
