CCTS refers Allcore to CRTC after ending its membership

In a rare move, the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) has kicked the Canadian telecom company AllCore Communications Inc. out of its organization and referred it to the CRTC for further action after the company failed to comply on a number of complaints-process related issues, according to the CCTS.
