40% of Canadians experienced ‘aggressive’ telecom tactics: poll

Four in 10 Canadians say they’ve been at the receiving end of “aggressive” or “misleading” sales practices by Canadian telecommunications companies, according to an Ipsos Public Affairs poll commissioned for the CRTC.
