CRTC says Bell cannot cut roaming service to Videotron customers

In the latest development in the months-long conflict between BCE Inc. and Quebecor Inc., the CRTC has decided that Bell cannot suspend its wholesale roaming service to Quebecor subsidiary Videotron, until the regulator decides on Bell’s Part 1 application.
