Rogers says it would keep Cogeco headquarters in Quebec

Rogers Communications Inc. says if its proposed acquisition of Cogeco Inc.’s Canadian division went through, it wouldn’t move the headquarters, management team or operations of Cogeco’s media division outside Quebec.
