Federal Court affirms order compelling CRA to hand over documents in Iristel tax fight

A Federal Court judge has dismissed a challenge from the Canada Revenue Agency to a February court order compelling the country’s tax collectors to turn over a set of documents related to the CRA’s decision not to release tens of millions of dollars in tax returns to Iristel Inc. while it conducts a tax audit into the company.
