Bell layoffs highlight need for tougher regs for foreign broadcasters: Unifor

Unifor is calling on the government to introduce legislation that will level the playing field between Canadian and international broadcasters after BCE Inc. announced Tuesday 27 job layoffs and 22 job reclassifications.
