Ethics commissioner finds MP Fergus violated rules with letter to CRTC

Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner Mario Dion has found that Liberal MP Greg Fergus violated the Conflict of Interest Act by writing a letter to the CRTC in support of Natyf Inc. Natyf has a licence for a multicultural Francophone network serving Quebec.
