Execulink seeks access to MDUs in western Ontario

Yet another competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) is filing a Part 1 application with the CRTC to gain access to multi-dwelling units (MDUs). This time the CLEC is Execulink Telecom Inc., a company operating in Ontario.
