Roaming rate charge increase ‘unacceptable’: Champagne

Innovation, Science and Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne’s office has denounced plans by BCE Inc.’s Bell Mobility and Telus Corp. to hike roaming charges internationally. The changes take effect next week.
