Bell seeks to align 911 fees in CLEC territory with incumbent charges

BCE Inc. division Bell Canada is filing a Part 1 application with the CRTC seeking to align 911 fees in territories serviced by Bell affiliates that are not the dominant carrier. The three carriers are DMTS, KMTS and Télébec.
