Bell sends letter to appeal court backing Rogers; PKP not surprised

BCE Inc. is backing Rogers Communications Inc. in its appeal over a CRTC decision which chose Quebecor Inc.’s  mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) access agreement over the incumbents.
