CBC to pay costs to Ontario after losing case before Supreme Court

CBC/Radio Canada has been ordered to pay costs after it lost a case over ministerial mandate letters in Ontario. Several groups, including APTN, the Canadian Association of Journalists and Canadian Journalists for Free Expression, among others, had sued seeking the release of mandate letters for cabinet ministers in the Ontario provincial government.
