Videotron wants City of Ottawa to pay for relocation of equipment and lines

Quebecor Inc. subsidiary Videotron has filed a Part 1 application with the CRTC demanding the City of Ottawa pay it costs for relocating telecommunications lines and equipment. It is seeking $300,000 plus interest.
