CCTS reports surge in Rogers, Bell, and Telus complaints

Customer complaints against telecom and TV service providers surged by 43 per cent between Aug. 1, 2023 and Jan. 31, 2024, according to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services’ (CCTS) most recent mid-year report.
