TekSavvy and Rogers reach agreement in copper decommissioning dispute

TekSavvy Solutions Inc. and Rogers Communications Inc. have settled their dispute over the incumbent’s plans to upgrade its facilities in two Toronto buildings, a move that would have cut off service to the wholesaler’s customers.
