UPDATED: CUPE approves deal with Videotron; Rogers B.C. strike continues

Videotron, a division of Quebecor Inc., has reached a new agreement with members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) after workers in western Quebec ratified the deal. The new pact will run until 2030.
