Money for CanCon trickling from streamers despite court action, CRTC tells MPs

Even though foreign streamers are litigating provisions of the Online Streaming Act in court, some money for Canadian content (CanCon) is slowly making its way to content creators, a CRTC executive told the House of Commons committee on Canadian Heritage.
