CRTC disallows Bell-Cogeco appeal of Quebecor radio deal

The CRTC has ruled against BCE Inc. and Cogeco Inc. in a Part 1 application over broadcasting on a Montreal radio station. On Friday, Oct. 24, the commission said it found no violation of cross-media ownership policy.
