Ericsson seeks to overturn certification of Steelworkers union to represent workers

Ericsson AB has filed an application with the Federal Court of Appeal seeking to overturn a ruling by the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) that granted the United Steelworkers Local 1944 the right to represent workers formerly employed by Rogers Communications Inc.
