CRTC sides with Bell in Iristel dispute over central office routing

The CRTC has declined to fine BCE Inc. over allegations by Iristel Inc. that Bell Canada was delaying service to the competitive carrier. Iristel had claimed that Bell was not routing calls made over its network to central office (CO) codes operated by Iristel.
