Rogers warned about illegal fees by CRTC

Add Rogers Communications Inc. to the list of telecoms being cautioned by the CRTC not to impose unlawful charges. The regulator previously went after BCE Inc. and Telus Corp. for their attempts to levy fees not permissible under current rules.
