Rogers opens satellite service in response to B.C. wildfires

Rogers Communications Inc. said Friday it is allowing all wireless customers in British Columbia access to its satellite service as wildfires continue to ravage the province. The satellite permits connectivity where traditional cell tower coverage is not available.
