CRTC throws out Videotron Part 1 over Ottawa transmission lines

The CRTC has dismissed a Part 1 application filed by Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron division, over a dispute with the City of Ottawa over transmission lines and equipment. Decision 2026-251 was issued on Monday.
