RCMP raises two concerns about licensing of 4.9 GHz band for public safety

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police generally supports Industry Canada’s proposal regarding the technical and licensing requirements of the 4.9 GHz band for public safety operations. However, the national police agency raises two issues with respect to the proposal. The following is an edited excerpt of the RCMP’s submission.
